Waterfront Learning is pleased to offer online, summer courses to elementary students throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are excited to announce the following, elementary summer programs:
1. Summer Boosters Pilot Program: This new, pilot program is being offered to students in grades 3-5 through Waterfront’s partnership with Edgenuity. This program offers innovative, synchronous learning opportunity to support students in both English Language Art and Mathematics.
- $350 per student, per session
Registration for all sessions opens: May 3, 2021
- Session 1 Registration closes: June 9, 2021
- Session 2 Registration closes: June 23, 2021
- Session 3 Registration closes: July 7, 2021
Sessions run Monday through Friday on the following date ranges:
- Session 1: June 14, 2021 through July 2, 2021
- Session 2: June 28, 2021 through July 16, 2021
- Session 3: July 12, 2021 through July 30, 2021
2. Summer Math Practice with DreamBox Learning: This fully asynchronous program is designed to support students in grades K-6. This program offers personalized learning paths that DreamBox Learning provides in its engaging, game-like instructional delivery.
2 sessions offered:
- $135 per student, per session
- Registration for both sessions opens: May 17, 2021
- Registration for session 1 closes: June 14, 2021
- Registration for session 2 closes: June 30, 2021
- Session 1: June 15, 2021 through July 15, 2021
- Session 2: July 1, 2021 through July 31, 2021
3. Summer Bridge Program: This program is being offered in partnership with Pearson Connexus. It provides support for students in grades 1-8 using a combination of synchronous and asynchronous support. Students can choose to participate in a single mathematics course, English Language Arts course, or both. Please see he Waterfront Learning Summer Brochure for more details.
