Technology Support

Technology Support for Students

For course or technical assistance, students should reach out to their assigned teacher, advisor, or coach first, and then to the Vendor Technical Support if necessary.  The need for assistance includes, but not limited to: content questions, grading, pacing, accessing quizzes/tests, viewing videos, needing additional attempts or retakes, etc.

Hardware & Internet

Hardware packages are available to in-county schools and districts and include:
 

Hardware: Laptop computer with Wi-Fi connectivity capabilities. Waterfront Learning issued equipment includes a mouse, headset, and carrying case. If required by the curriculum, a printer can be provided.

Software: MS Office 2010, web filter, Kaseya, all required plugin software. Additional software may be required for technology related courses.

Internet: A reimbursement for home internet service, not to exceed, $35 per month payable quarterly. Air cards provided upon request in lieu of the internet reimbursement.
